Day 1 to Day 4
Thursford Christmas Spectacular
We head to Thursford for the highlight of our break, the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. Before the show, we have time to discover the ‘olde worlde’ village of shops, selling everything from fabulous Christmas decorations, gifts, crafts and toys to fashion and accessories. We then take our seats for this spectacular musical extravaganza, a delightful celebration of the festive season with an eclectic fusion of traditional carols and chart-topping favourites by a cast of over 120 professional singers, dancers and musicians.
Norwich
We spend some time at leisure in the charming city of Norwich. One of the most complete medieval cities in the country, Norwich is steeped in history and atmosphere, with winding lanes lined with period buildings and an imposing Norman cathedral, which boasts the second tallest spire in England.
Warner Gunton Hall Coastal Village (JG4 rating)
Set on the Suffolk coast near Lowestoft, Warner Gunton Hall Coastal Village is surrounded by 55 acres of woodland, gardens and a picturesque lake. The resort offers excellent facilities including a leisure centre, bar and restaurant as well as a full entertainment programme. Accommodation is in comfortable, en-suite chalets.
