Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Marina di Pietrasanta are three of the charming resorts on the Italian Riviera. They are all close together and have wide, sandy beaches and they are sheltered by the Apuane Alps, which form a dramatic backdrop to the resorts. The sparkling sea is inviting and the palm fringed promenades are ideal for a relaxing after dinner stroll.
Our resorts are typically Italian and have a good choice of bars, pavement cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. In early and late summer the Versilian Riviera is warm and sunny, without the more intense heat of high summer. This really is the ideal time to visit - perfect for enjoying the sights without the busy crowds of high season.

For the 2024 season we have again reserved accommodation for this holiday in the family owned 3 star Hotel La Pace in Forte dei Marmi. The hotel is close to the seafront and is highly rated on TripAdvisor and you will be warmly welcomed and enjoy comfortable, well appointed accommodation with all bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom, TV and telephone.Â
The hotel has a cosy bar and the continental buffet breakfasts and three course evening dinners are taken in the hotel's restaurant, which serves both Italian and international cuisine.
For a small supplement of £175 per person you can upgrade to the 4 star Hotel Zen in Marina di Pietrasanta, which has additional facilities for your comfort and enjoyment.
