Passport information

It essential that you have a valid passport when travelling abroad. Although passports are issued for 10 years for Adults (5 yrs for children), some overseas countries have an immigration requirement that a passport remains valid for a minimum period after the date of entry to that country (usually six months). If your passport is in its final year of validity, you are advised to check the requirements of the destination before you make your final travel plans. If you are a UK passport holder and require up to date information on all passport issues go to: www.ukpa.gov.uk.

Visas:

It is your responsibility to have a valid visa (if required). The carrier may refuse travel if you do not possess a valid visa or entry permit. We have no obligation to assist you in the event of a refusal: People holding non-British passports including EEC or Irish Republic passports are requested to contact the appropriate Embassy or High Commission to check whether a visa is necessary. Just Luxury Travel and its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for any passengers who do not obtain the correct documentation and no refund will be due should a visa be refused.

Visa and Travel information

If you are a UK resident and are unsure of Visa / Entry requirements or require information on a specific destination (such as Safety and Security or Local Laws and Customs), then go to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office advice service at: www.fco.gov.uk/knowbeforeyougo. Health Information If for any reason you have health concerns relating to your holiday destination such as the required vaccinations for your journey, visit www.dh.gov.uk. If you are still unsure, we recommend that you check with your GP, Practice Nurse or Travel Health Clinic for specific guidance.

Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form, or the cardholder for telephone bookings and is communicated to us in writing. As this incurs administration costs, we will retain your deposit and in addition may apply cancellation charges.

Changes to your Booking

If you wish not make changes to your booking after confirmation has been issued (such as a change in departure date or change to another destination), we will do our utmost to accurate your request, providing notification is received in writing at our offices from the person who signed the booking form, at least 12 weeks before departure. This must be accompanied by a payment of £25 per person to cover our administration costs. Alterations cannot be made within 12 weeks of departure and any such request for an alteration will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to our cancellation charges. Please note that schedule flight arrangements cannot be changed after reservation has been made and any alteration to your request will incur a charge of between £125 and full ticket price.
